STUDY OVERVIEW
SUMMARY
This 8-week within-subject crossover trial will involve 50 adults aged 65+ with hand osteoarthritis or related symptoms. Participants will complete weekly physiotherapy sessions and twice-daily home exercises, alternating between VR-supported and standard conditions based on the SARAH program. The primary aim is to determine whether VR-assisted exercise reduces self-reported pain during home sessions, while also examining factors such as motivation and kinesiophobia.
