Virtually Employable

Employment is essential for maintaining quality of life and dignity; however, it is often-overlooked for people with intellectual disabilities (ID). The use of Virtual Reality (VR) to augment Vocational Training for people with ID should be explored as VR affords repeatable and customizable activities in a safe, controlled, and reliable manner.

We are conducting a systematic review on peer-reviewed literature that explores the use of VR for vocational training in people with ID.
